Linsy Goodson, Managing Partner
For Linsy’s entire career she has been focused on not only improving the customer’s experience, but also improving her client’s bottom line. As Managing Partner of AtPoint Group, she is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's operations as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations for AtPoint.
Linsy is also the majority owner and Chief Compliance Officer of Mirand Response Systems, a debt collection company. She joined the company in 2008 after working as a bankruptcy attorney in a law firm in Houston, Texas. She is an active member of ACA International and ACA-Texas, RMA, Texas Bar Association, Katy Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the State Bar of Texas and Federal Southern District of Texas.
She has been recognized as a leader in the Minority and Female owned business category and is a member of Women in Payments, Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. Linsy earned her law degree in 2005 from South Texas College of Law and her BBA from Texas A&M University in 2001.
She is a member of ACA International, RMA, Texas Bar Association, Katy Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the State Bar of Texas and Federal Southern District of Texas. Linsy is a board member for the Boys and Girls Country of Houston. Linsy enjoys running and judging moot and mock trial competitions for current law students.
